Coating Leads That Nobody Else Gets
Homeowners and business owners who asked for an epoxy, polyaspartic or concrete coating quote, confirmed their phone number and live inside your zips. They go to your crew and no one else.

Every coating job we generate leads for
Why crews switch to us
Your Leads. Not Your Competitor’s.
One Homeowner, One Crew
Shared lead sites sell the same request to four or five installers. Ours goes to you alone, so the conversation is about your floor, not who is cheapest.
Exclusive vs sharedSold once, never resoldThree Checks or It’s Swapped
Phone confirmed by SMS code, address inside your zips, and a real request for a coating quote. Miss any one and you get a replacement lead free.
Read the lead policyThree-check guaranteeMade Fresh for Your Area
Every lead comes from our own coating campaigns running in your territory. No bought lists, no recycled contacts, no data passed around between sellers.
Where leads come fromGenerated, not scrapedHow it works
From Signed Up to Phone Ringing
Six steps, all agreed with you before a single dollar goes into ads.
Claim your zips
Tell us where you install and what you sell. We check that nobody else holds that territory.
Pick a lead pack
Choose your volume on a quick call and pay for the pack. That money goes into ads for your area.
We go live
We hook delivery up to your phones and email and switch the campaign on, usually within days.
Owners raise their hand
Homeowners planning a coated floor answer a short quiz about their space, size and timeline.
Three checks run
SMS code confirmed, address inside your zips, and a clear request for a coating quote.
Your phone buzzes
The lead lands with you and nobody else. Call fast, book the walkthrough, quote it your way.
The difference
Shared Leads vs. Epoxy Meta
On a marketplace, one homeowner request turns into a phone race between crews. With us it turns into one conversation with you.
How marketplaces do it
One request, four crews calling
The fastest dialer or the lowest price wins. Usually both.
How we do it
One request, one crew: yours
You get the walkthrough without a bidding war attached to it.
What you get
Everything You Need Before You Dial
The type of floor, the city, the size of the space, when they want it done, and proof it passed all three checks. Enough to know if the job fits before you pick up the phone.

Why Epoxy Meta
Six Reasons Crews Stay With Us
Most clients come back for a second pack. Here is why.
We only do coatings
Our campaigns, quiz questions and filters are built for epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete coating work. Nothing else.
Every phone is confirmed
A homeowner has to type in the code we text them. Fake and mistyped numbers never make it to you.
Straight to your whole crew
Each lead hits every phone and inbox you give us the second it verifies. No portal to log into.
Bad leads get swapped
Fails one of our three checks? Tell us and a fresh lead takes its place at no cost.
No lock-in, ever
No retainer, no setup fee, no minimum term and nothing that renews on its own.
We help you close
Every client gets our callback script and speed-to-lead routine, because the first call wins the floor.

Three Ways to Get Coating Leads, Side by Side
| Factor | Epoxy Meta | Shared lead sites | Your own ads |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who gets the lead | Just you | You and 3 to 5 other crews | You, once it works |
| How you pay | A prepaid lead pack | Per lead, sometimes plus a membership | Ad spend plus your time |
| Junk leads | Swapped free if a check fails | Depends on the platform | You eat the cost |
| Phone verification | SMS code on every lead | Rarely | Only if you build it |
| Lock-in | None | Often a subscription | None |
| Competition in your area | One crew per territory | As many as will pay | Every advertiser in town |

Questions Coating Contractors Ask Us
Why not just use Angi, HomeAdvisor or Thumbtack?
Those platforms usually share one homeowner request with several contractors. We run our own coating-specific campaigns and send each verified lead to one contractor inside an agreed territory. No bidding war, no racing four other crews. See the Angi alternative comparison.
How much do your leads cost?
Typical market prices for exclusive, real-time coating leads run roughly $60 to $170 depending on job type, with commercial and industrial higher. Your exact price depends on territory, volume and job mix, and we confirm it on a 15-minute call once we know your territory is open. See lead pricing.
What happens if I get a junk lead?
Every lead must pass three checks: phone verified by SMS code, inside your territory, and an explicit request for a coating quote. If a lead fails any of them, report it and we send a replacement lead free. Full terms are on the lead policy.
Where do your leads come from?
From our own paid campaigns, built for floor coatings and aimed at owners inside your territory. Each person answers a short qualification quiz and verifies their phone with a code. We never sell scraped lists, recycled leads or data bought from someone else.
Are the leads really exclusive?
Yes. One lead, one contractor, one territory. We never resell or share a lead, and we only take one coating contractor per territory, which is why we check availability before onboarding.
How fast do leads arrive?
In real time. The moment a homeowner verifies their phone, the lead goes out by text and email to every number and inbox you choose.
Do I sign a long-term contract?
No. There is no minimum term, no contract lock-in and no auto-renewal. You buy a lead pack, and when it is delivered you decide whether to buy another.
How does payment work?
You pay for your lead pack upfront. That money funds the campaigns that produce your leads. We set up your campaign once payment clears, and every lead delivered is counted against your pack.
How fast can I get started?
Most contractors are live within a few days of their call: we confirm the territory, set up delivery to your phone and email, and launch the campaign.
What coating work do you generate leads for?
Epoxy and garage floor coatings, flake and chip systems, polyaspartic, metallic epoxy, basements, polished concrete, outdoor concrete coatings, and commercial and industrial floors. See all coating lead types.
What information comes with each lead?
Name, verified phone, email, address, the type of space, the coating they asked about, approximate size and timeline when provided, and whether they own the property.
Can I choose specific zip codes?
Yes. Territories are built from the zip codes or radius you actually serve, so you are not paying for leads two hours away.
What close rate should I expect?
Our clients report close rates from the low 20s to the low 60s, with most between 30 and 45 percent. The biggest factor is how fast you call. We share our callback script with every client.
What happens after I get a lead?
You call, qualify, book the walkthrough and quote with your own sales process. We give every client a speed-to-lead playbook and are a text away if something looks off.
Do you guarantee closed jobs?
No. We guarantee every lead passes our three checks or gets replaced. Closing is up to your follow-up, your pricing and your crew. Anyone guaranteeing closed jobs is guessing.
Can I pause or change my volume?
Yes. Clients regularly slow delivery while finishing big jobs and ramp up after. Just tell us.
Do you work with contractors outside the US?
Not right now. Our campaigns and territories cover the United States.
How do I report a bad lead?
Text or email us the lead and which check it failed. We review it and send a replacement when it qualifies under the lead policy.
Is your area still open?
Each territory goes to one coating crew. Tell us where you install and we will tell you, usually the same day, whether your zips are taken.
