Lead policy: what you pay for, and what gets replaced.

What counts as a qualified lead

A qualified lead is a person who:

1. Verified their phone number by entering an SMS code we sent them.
2. Gave an address or location inside the territory we agreed on before launch.
3. Explicitly asked for a quote, estimate or walkthrough for a floor coating service in your campaign.

Exclusivity

Each lead is delivered to one contractor only. We never resell, share or recycle a lead, and we work with one coating contractor per territory.

Replacement guarantee

Report a lead within 72 hours of delivery if it:

• Has a phone number that does not work or was not verified
• Is outside your agreed territory
• Did not ask for a coating quote (for example, a job seeker, a solicitor or someone selling something)
• Duplicates a lead we already delivered to you
• Is spam, fake or abusive
• Is for a job type outside your agreed campaign

Approved reports are replaced with a new qualified lead at no extra cost.

What is not covered

• A homeowner who chose another contractor or decided not to do the project
• A homeowner who did not answer after you called or texted (try at least three times over two days first, then tell us and we will look at it)
• Price disagreements after you quoted
• Leads reported after the 72-hour window

We do not guarantee closed jobs. Closing depends on your follow-up, pricing and sales process.

Payment and terms

• Lead packs are paid in full upfront, before your campaign is built.
• Every delivered lead counts against your pack.
• There is no contract, no minimum term and no auto-renewal.
• You can ask us to slow delivery or pause while you catch up on work.

Delivery

Leads are sent by text message and email in real time, to as many phone numbers and inboxes as you choose.
